Hi guys,
If I'm working in hospitality industry since May - this summer break 2016 and stay with the same employer until I graduate in August 2016, after I graduate in August and get my Post graduate work permit, I will continue to work for this employer until January 2017, will I be eligible to apply for PR under BC hospitality sub-category at that time?
As I understand, I need to work 09 consecutive months for the same employer who sponsor my PR. When I read this sentence in the BC PR programme Guide for semi-skilled category "Employment that is part of a program of study (such as co-op) or obtained using an Off-Campus Work Permit does not qualify. ", I am confused if 3 months I work on my off-campus this summer can be counted in the 9 month requirement.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Dan
