I am legally resident in Canada with Supervisa permit(but not allowed to work), age: 60+, with IELTS and a Canadian BC Professional Certificate of Qualification, WES evaluation at the Master's level, and a Maths&Science educator. From research, I observed two pathways to PR: BC PNP and new RNIP,the challenge is obtaining a job offer and obtaining a community recommendation. Can someone advise if there are other options to get PR for me or a faster way to obtain job offer.? Can any job offer holds for BC PNP application without LMIA backed job offer? Can I obtain Open work permit on submission of my PR application? Are there any provinces that a PNP will work for me apart from BC(British Columbia province)?

Only way to get a work permit is to get approved LMIA proving no Canadian has your work experience, education and language skills. Honestly due to your age and PNPs being cut in half for all provinces chances are very slim to none to get PNP nomination. Provinces are focussed on in demand professions - healthcare, trades, construction.

You will not be eligible for Express Entry so that takes out most provinces unless have a job offer. Don’t know of any provinces as an educator.

To be fair there is a teacher shortage in a lot of Canada and there does now seem to be some immigration programs targeting education. The biggest issue is age. The whole point of economic immigration is to attract young longterm workers. Same goes for WPs. Not sure many school board will want to invest in trying to hire someone so close to retirement age.
