BC pnp..

Hi all

Hope to get some good suggestion from you guys.

I have 2 years of experience in BC with PGWP.
NoC B. 2233
Currently am not working since my PGWP is expired but my employer hold the position for me.

Yesterday, I got my permit extension as I applied for SOWP.

My EE crs score is 425. It's low due to age factor I lost my points.
IELTS : LWRS : 7.5,6,6.5,6.5

Can I work with same employer and can I apply for BC pnp..?
If yes,.. under which category..?
My employer is not willing to support LMIA.

Please guide ..

Yes you can work and apply. You can apply under skilled worker stream as it need two years and f continuous experience .
