If bc pnp is refused once for having lower score than registration and if I have enough score now,can I re apply ?

Yes I do have a job offer and bc graduate. I got declined because my point was lower that the registration point . But now I have the points so should I reapply ?

Yes you can reapply as many times you want but make sure when you apply for invitation mention about your previous application in the invitation. You don’t have to submit any documents regarding it but just mention in invitation.
