Hello,
I am Ukrainian citizen been living in Vancouver since 2011.
This april I graduated from the private college. And received Post Graduate Work Permit.
I am working as a line cook at the restaurant since May 2012. My last year was paid internship as the part of study at the same restaurant . I worked as a sous chef / kitchen manager assistant.
Now I got job offer as a kitchen manager / sous chef.
Before I used to work at the USA as a kitchen helper for 3 months .Also I worked about 6 months as a kitchen helper / line cook in Vancouver.
So totally is more than 2 years. But i am worry about my Co op period, does this counts?
Should I wait? How the can cheek my privies experience. Should I apply as a cook? Or sous chef?
P.S I do have a Diploma in a Hospitality and tourism. And some certification from AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association).
Sorry for my english =)
