Hello all,
My boyfriend is a chef and his company are helping him with the PNP process( i am his common law) we have been waiting for 5 months for the PNP to nominate us or not and his boss had recently had a phone call from the person assesing the case.
my question is how long from this time would it take to make a desision approximatly, only because we need to know whether to change or flights for a later date or continue with planning on going home after our years visa is up!? or visa runs out in November 2010.
If anyone could help us that would be great!
Also I read somewhere that if we do get approved then unless we fail the medical or criminal check we have the PR is this correct?
