BC PNP under NOC C and northeast pilot project

Hi all,

This February I got the confirmation of nomination from BC PNP under NOC C category and northeast pilot project. The restriction of employment stated that there are no restriction on employment.

Is that mean I can change job or employer within the northeast BC region or even within BC?
