BC PNP under express entry question

Dear experts,

I am currently in express entry pool with the status: active.
Right now, I am filling out the PNP online application form, and I came across this question "1. Do you have an active application for provincial nomination or permanent residence under any other federal or provincial program?"

Should I answer "Yes"? Because I am a candidate of express entry, or should I answer "No"...?

I really appreciate any inputs on this topic! Thank you very much!!

Hey Anford,
I think I answered "no", coz its just PNP, even if you are in EE pool, you are not applying PR yet.
