BC PNP Tech Pilot - Shall I expect ITA?

Hello All,

My brother's BC PNP score is 80 under Tech Pilot. Usually the tech pilot draw is at 80.

Assuming the next draw is at 80. Shall we expect the ITA from BC PNP?

If your score is equal to Cut-off, would we automatically get the ITA?
