BC PNP Tech Pilot Program

Hey Guys,I need a clarification.I'm currently working with a US based Tech Employer.They also have a branch in Vancouver. Now, if I move to Vancouver for a new Team/project and get a new offer from the vancouver team prior to June 2019 and apply under this program, will I be eligible under the Tech pilot program.Any guidance on this is much appreciated.
