I recently filed for my ICT work permit and waiting for its result. My company is also helping me in filing my PR application by using "X" law firm, but somehow the lawyer I've been working with is really slow on responses and most of the times not well prepared for any of my questions. I would like to know what options I have to apply for PR?
My company headquarter in Canada is in Nova Scotia and since am in Sales engineering (NOC 6221), they would like me to be in greater Vancouver area; so in short, my work location would be my home @ Vancouver area.
I have a couple of questions -
1. Can I ask my employer to file under the BC tech pilot program? My job offer position is one of the qualified 29 positions.
2. I haven't moved to Vancouver yet, so what address can I provide under the registration section of BC PNP page?
3. Does tech pilot program is actually faster than express entry processing times?
4. I have my IELTS scheduled for August 22nd, should I wait for it before registering for BC PNP tech pilot program?
