BC PNP Skilled Worker Program

I am writing you to ask more information about the BC PNP Skilled Worker Program.
Right now i am in Canada with an OPEN WORK PERMIT from IEC program.
I do have a 4 years bachelor degree ( recognised here in Canada) and also i have my IELTS test results.

My question is this: Soon i will start to work for an employee in Vancouver on my field of experience ( He can hire me without a LMIO since i have already an OPEN WORK VISA) His business has more than 50 employees and he has respected every low and paid his duties as a businessman. He is willing to sponsor me for BC PNP program. ) He wants to offer me a full-time job position, intermediate).


Question 1: When can i apply for the BC PNP program, after how many months can i actually apply for this program?
Question 2: Does he need to make any advertisement for this job position or he can just hire me since i already have an open work permit?

Question 1 As soon as you can get a permanent job offer and you pass the cELPIP or IELTS CLB level Question 2 Since you are already working on a valid work permit as long as you have the 2 years of direct or related experience.You are good
