I am in BC and would like to apply for permanent residence through BC PNP, Skilled Worker stream . Do i have to apply through new BC Express Entry or do I have an option to go though the basic BC PNP Skill Worker application process? Is the later, the basic old program, still an option available or all BC PNP Skilled Worker applications go through Express entry?
are the eligibility requirements different for basic and express BC PNP streams?
