Hi everybody, just looking for some clarification surrounding BC PNP settlement funds.
Current situation is I am applying for BC PNP with common law partner. I have received BC PNP ITA, and am currently filling out my BC PNP application.
Job offer with NO LMIA, Express Entry Federal Skilled Worker. Within the Express entry profile we said 17k in funds, otherwise we kept getting rejected.
One of the questions in BC PNP application is "Indicate the amount of unencumbered transferable and available funds you have, in Canadian dollars?"
Q1: for the above questions, do we have to match the figure given in express entry profile? i.e, 17k, we do not have that much money.
Q2: If we do have to enter 17k, do we have to have all that money in 1 account, or can it be in both our accounts separetly?
Q3: If we do have to enter 17k, do our annual salaries count at all towards it if we dont have that much in our accounts. - we both earn well above the salary range it says 2 people need for lower mainland vancouver.
