BC PNP: Outside or Inside Canada?

I have a job offer and we're waiting on the LMO result (submitted on the 20th of April) but I want to apply under the BC PNP also. I'm currently outside Canada (American) and was wondering what the processing time for the BC nomination is right now?

Also, if anyone has any (accurate) insight on the likelihood of a positive LMO coming back for a marketing position, I'd appreciate that too.
