BC PNP nominated. Do I need LOE for Work Permit application from previous visa refusals?

I have had out of status history then restored as visitor. I came here with SP and WP but since I had an issue (out of status). I tried to do SP extension and Coop WP extension but were refused. I also had visitor extension refusal after visitor record. Exited and came back with ETA. I attempted to apply for new SP but refused.

Thus, I have 4 refusals:
A. SP extension
B. WP coop extension
C. Visitor extension
D. SP (new) application

Do I need to explain all these in applying for a Work Permit post-nomination and PR application?

I think you just need to explain WP coop extension when applying Geometry Dash for Post Nomination Work Permit and PR application.
