I agree with that
But I am worried about that they will do the same thing likewise Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan PNP did.
And then for international student it will be very hard to get PNP.

May be they bcpnp update their website on 2nd of July

i thought international students already had to work in the field of their education, for a year, before they could apply.

No carobbermuda, right now according to be bcpnp you Dnt need to work in your field of study , you just need post secondary diploma from a college and you are eligible for PNP application very next day after your studies.

post secondary diploma always for 2 years and if you go for 1 tear diploma they call it post graduate.
the thing is that if you complete 2 year diploma then you will get 3 year oost graduate work permit(pgwp) and if you completed 1 year you will get 1 year pgwp.

*NEW* Program Changes Effective July 2, 2015

BC PNP has introduced an online application process and electronic payment system. All new Skills Immigration applications and Entrepreneur Immigration registrations must be submitted via BC PNP Online.
Program Guides are now available with complete details on the application process and requirements for all BC PNP streams and categories.
SKILLS IMMIGRATION:

Health Care Professionals, Northeast Pilot Project and all Express Entry BC applications may now be submitted through BC PNP Online.
For all other Skills Immigration categories, the BC PNP will only accept up to 200 new applications in 2015. These applications are restricted as follows:
New applications within Metro Vancouver are restricted to employment offers above the B.C. median wage of $22.00 per hour.
For regions outside of Metro Vancouver, new applications will be accepted for all Skills Immigration categories, including Entry Level and Semi-Skilled occupations.
Once the 200 limit has been reached, new intake will be restricted to Express Entry BC, Health Care Professionals and Northeast Pilot Project applications.
The BC PNP continues to focus on processing applications from the inventory. Processing times for new applications will be based on operational capacity.
All applications submitted on or before March 31, 2015 will be assessed according the program criteria in place at the time of submission – BC PNP will not retroactively apply new criteria.
For more information on changes to program requirements or applications to the Skills Immigration stream, see our Program Requirements page.
ENTREPRENEUR IMMIGRATION (FORMERLY BUSINESS IMMIGRATION):

BC PNP has streamlined two categories - Business Skills and Regional Business - into one Entrepreneur Immigration stream to improve efficiency and outcomes.
A mandatory online Entrepreneur Registration system is now available to simplify the intake process and ensure timely processing for high-impact applications.
For more information on changes to program requirements, the new online registration process, or applications to the Entrepreneur Immigration stream, see our Program Requirements page.

Can anybody please tell in the updated PNP, in international post gradute category students from private colleges or uni are still eligible? as they were eligible earlier. Because on the site it is written that only public universities but in the program guide private universities are also mentioned..

If I applied before March 31st and submitted an addendum for express entry later on (I am currently Regular PNP, International Graduate), would I be evaluated according to the new criteria (i.e - do I have to be making 22/hr, because right now I am making less than that) or would I still be considered as under the old system?
