Hi there,
I have just been invited to apply for PNP, and my employer is writing up my contract/letter of employment.
I know it is requirement that the job must be FT for 1 year non-seasonal, however the business that wants to sponsor me offers up to 3 months of vacation per year.
My question is, does anyone know if that will deem the job offer ineligible if I were to take anywhere up to 3 months vacation during the 1 year PR requirement, OR if it is written in the contract that makes it viable?
Is there anywhere it states how many hours total per year you must have worked, or if it would consequently push over the 1 year mark depending how long you take vacation for?
Thanks for your time!
