Bc pnp- ITA

Hi! i just got my invitation to apply for bc pnp but my problem is my work permit is already expired i am now on implied status, my employer just applied for new lmia. Can I still continue with my bc pnp applicationeven if Im on implied status? Thanks

I am not sure how long does it to get your restoration of status... but i would have guessed if it takes less than 90 days (while ITA is valid) then you can apply for BC PNP after, it would leave all other questions out of equasion.
