I am German passport holder and actually on a work and travel visa in Canada which expires on Feb 22nd.
I was aiming to qualify for BC PNP, but had recently to quit my job due to medical reason after only 3 month. In addition ro better job opportunities once I am registered and the stunning nature, I would love to stay with my doctor who is really good. Going home next month would mean I would have to find a specialist and wait again for treatment (a bit complicated but I want to keep it short).

I am not getting enough points for EE on my own right now, but without job also no BC PNP. My back up option - live-in caregiver - got cut off late summer 2017.

I have enough money in my account at home and a bit pocket money here, so proof of funds should be fine. My IELTS is done (8), credential assessment report still pending. My profession is restricted (Health Care/Nursing), but on high demand.

The only option I figured would be to apply for an extension (which will be surely denied) to gain more time and to find a new job while in implied status (work allowed). If the extension is officially denied, I would have another 90 days for restoration (staying but no work permit).

Is that correct? I would be awesome if anyone would have an idea on that and/or could guide me. All help is appreciated.
