Hi there. My sister just finished her masters program and an eligible institution with an eligible program. We created the BC PNP application and when we hit submit, we were prompted to pay already. We did not continue that I thought the payment will go after you will get invited. Can somebody shed life on this? We have been reading the guide, but we have been confused of the process. Somebody also said that we need to submit the application before January 7 or for the new stream. She just graduated and currently job hunting. Thank you for sharing your insight on this process.

Yes, we finished the profile. Would that be good enough? Do we just wait for them to respond? I have taken the screenshot below. We are now finished with everything. When we hit submit, it takes us to pay the fee of more than 1k. Thank you so much for post reply.

Hi, I am not sure if I understand what you are saying entirely. But, there is the process anyway:
1) You need to create an account on the BC PNP website (this is NOT the actual application for the IPG program)
2) You need to start an application on your account for the IPG program (I assume this is NON Express Entry)
3) The application consists of multiple sections (see below)
4) For you to submit, you need to pay the fee.
5) You need to do this before Jan 7.
If you are considering the EE option, I have no experience with this but what I know is that you will first need to create an EE profile on the IRCC website, and join the pool. Then you will need to create another profile on the BC PNP and add the EE application number to your application. If approved, you will automatically have the 500 points added to your EE right away without your interference. Someone who has been through this can correct me if I am mistaken.

Hi @ahussein. Thank you for your reply. Yes! We are on this stage. We are on the non-EE route. We are about to hit submit but we have to pay around 1400. I thought we have to wait for the invitation before we pay? Do we pay the fee now? Did you go through this route too? Would this go through scrutiny first? Will you ever be rejected of this?
