Looking to see if we would fit into this.

https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Skills-Immigration/International-Graduate

Currently the below details are work in process;
- MBA or Masters - from one of the public university of British Columbia
- Job offer in relevant NOC code from British Columbia region [Skill type 0] based on PGWP
rest of the points, lets assume meet like employer eligibility, letter from Employer and Relevant IELTS score.

EE option, current CRS score is 430, and BC SI score around 100+, either option is fine.

Questions

1. As a Masters/MBA can i apply under this stream or need to apply only under International Post Graduate?
2. How soon we can apply for PR after receiving Job Offer from Employer [can we do it immediately or will need to wait for few months or 1 year]?

Appreciate if anyone have any first hand information about the same.

To qualify for this category, you must:

have accepted a full-time, indeterminate job offer (a permanent job, or one with no set end date) from a B.C. employer. The job must be in a National Occupational Classification skilled occupation (Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B).
qualify to work in your occupation in B.C.
show you can support yourself and your dependents
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada
have completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada in the past three years
for NOC skill level B occupations, meet minimum language requirements
have a wage offer in line with B.C. wage rates for the occupation
I suggest you to work at least 3 months before applying as that is probation period for job. After 3 months you can apply immediately.

qualify to work in your occupation in B.C. - PGWP, hope that is fine.
show you can support yourself and your dependents - Yes, funds can be shown from India bank a/c or canada a/c
have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada - Study Permit + PGWP
have completed a degree, diploma or certificate from an eligible post-secondary institution in Canada in the past three years -
here it is mentioned it as graduate, however my degree will be post graduate, hope this is okay and i don't have to apply for another stream which require Science Specific masters.

for NOC skill level B occupations, meet minimum language requirements
have a wage offer in line with B.C. wage rates for the occupation - Yes, this would be fine as well.
I suggest you to work at least 3 months before applying as that is probation period for job. After 3 months you can apply immediately. - Make sense.
Thank you so much.

I have replied to some of the points mentioned above, see if you think the plan is fine?

You don’t need funds for this category because you have full time job. If you have pgwp wait for 3 months on job and apply for pnp. I think as far as your study you should be good but i can be wrong too. Well for international graduates you can apply with any degree within Canada you have . Also if you have been graduated from bc you get some extra points for this. Why don’t you look into international post graduate stream?

I am planning to do only MBA or General Management from BC, whereas this stream of International Post Graduate Point is only for Science and Maths specified courses only, hence i wont be eligible.

anyone else can shed some light based on past experience please?
If you are already graduated you can apply bc pnp under international graduate stream. I didn’t understood your question
