Bc Pnp/IEC Expires soon

Hi guys I'm about to do the English language test as of tomorrow to go with my bcpnp application which I haven't started yet.

My Iec Visa is due to expire on September 13 , what are my options of extending my stay in Canada untill my Pnp nomination comes through?

I'm basically worried my Iec will expire before I get approved the pnp nomination
