I am completing my application for the BC PNP Express Entry - Skilled Worker Stream.
I am following the PDF technical guide found here (https://www.welcomebc.ca/immigrate-to-b-c/guides-forms-reports-documents#:~:text=Skills Immigration Technical Guide (PDF, 1MB) ).
In the guide it mentions I need to upload a copy of my education transcripts. However, in the attachment section I don't see an option for me to upload a copy of this document.
Additionally, there is an option to upload `Occupational License or Certificate` - I'm not entirely sure what this is (for some context, I am a Software Developer with a BSc in Computer Science and have been working for a company to build and maintain web based applications for the ministry).
