BC PNP Express Entry - please help

Hi Guys,

Am I able to apply for EE BC PNP if I have 1 year of experience at company X but I'm working for company Y.
Example:
Worked in NOC 0 for 1 year April 2014 - April 2015
Started working in new job still NOC 0 with support from employer to apply for PNP.
Can I apply for EE PNP with my new employer?
