BC PNP - Express Entry Addendum - LMO/LMIA

I just received Express Entry Addendum through email, I have a valid job offer from a BC Employer but no LMO/LMIA, am I eligible under PNP Express Entry stream? I fulfill all the requirements of FSW program but do not have LMO/LMIA.

Hi, please refer to CIC's website to understand the minimum entry criteria of EE, an active EE PROFILE is the prerequisition for you to be considered under EEBC.

If you have a year of Canadian work experience, and a good enough score of a language test, You may be qualified for CEC CATEGORY in EE.
