BC pnp employer eligibility creteria

My name is simranjot singh , i got 3 year pgwp ,in nov last year and now i am planning to move out of the province towards bc from ontario, i want your help guys as i known therer aremany expertise out there.

My question is.

What is the employer eligibilty creteria for bc pnp as i have job

Is ontario graduate is eligibile for bc pnp?
After how many hour or after what time (working) i can apply for bc pnp.

I have some info about the employer. The company is 24 year old , engaged in construction business , offering me job

as site supervisor

Number of employees working =3 ( on payroll)
rest are contractors

Yes you can apply if you have full-time Job(40hrs/week) in NOC 0, A or B or if there is a structured job progression from NOC C or D to 0, A or B. Employer must have atleast 5 full-time employees if applying in Metro Van. else 3 is fine elsewhere in BC.
