BC PNP clarification

Hi Forum,
i want to go for BC PNP but facing on problem like it states your employer must have minimum 5 permanent workers. My employer has 5 workers from january 2015 and i will file my BC pnp in april end somewhere so is minimum requirement also state that 5 workers should be there for at least last 1 year?

The business should be operating for a year. It doesn't matter if all the 5 permanent employees were employed for 1 year or less. At the time of your application, the company should have had it operations for atleast a minimum of 1 year and should have 5 permanent full time employees.

My employer business is for last 12 years but 5 full time employees is within this year.
