BC PNP - Childcare

Currently, I am on an open work permit with one year of management experience in Canada. I would like to explore more options for permanent residency.

I am wondering if I can take the Early Childhood Education Assistant (ECEA) course and obtain a license that would help me secure a job in the childcare sector. If I get a job in this field, will it create any problems for my application to the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), considering that I do not have an educational background or experience in this area?

What program? How long? Read through the stream you are eligible for and see if meet requirements. Don’t you need a job offer and employer who will support nomination.

I mean like if I do a early childhood educator certification course and obtain a job in childcare sector with job offer from my employer will its going to effect my pnp? Since I had post bac diploma from another field?

What course are you doing and what school? Read the skills immigration program guide. So when you finish certificate how are you going to even get a job offer with nomination without any experience. Can you even get an ECE license? What is your BC PNP score? So on Nov 6th, 7 people from ECE category got selected with a score of 96
