BC PNP Casual Full Time job offer

Hello everyone.

I am in a dilemma and need advice. I am getting a Casual Full Time 40 hours per week job offer as an IT analyst with no end date. It is from one of the Health Authority. Can i apply for BCPNP from this contract.

My immigration consultant told me that they have filed from the same Health Authority for a Nurse who had a Casual Full time job offer and they were able to get her PNP nomination.

Should i go for this Causal Full time job offer?

Will really appreciate advice on this.
