BC PNP - Case transferred from Sydney to Ottawa

Hello,

I have applied under BC PNP (timeline below). CIO-Sydney has sent my case to CPP-Ottawa on Feb 11, 2014 as I had mailed my Police Certificate to Ottawa. My ecas status still says "Application Received" but people who applied with me have already gotten their status moved to "In Process" or Passport Requests. I emailed CPP-Ottawa and they said they have my application and it is in queue for an officer to review.

I am wondering if things move faster in CIO-Sydney than CPP-Ottawa. Anyone knows how slow CPP-Ottawa is?

Here is my timeline:
Aug 1, 2013: Application Received
Sep 20, 2013: Application Number Email from CIO
Sep 24, 2013: Medical Request
Oct 14, 2013: Medical Received (status updated on ecas)
