Hello,
When applying for MSP (all qualifications met), is it best to do in person? If you apply online, can they give you your Personal Health Number right away?
A friend needs blood work asap but hasn't applied for MSP yet. Thanks,

I suspect that either way there is a waiting period.

You may have to wait for up to 3 months for your application to be processed.
