Hi,BC guy,i need an advise from u.I ve already applied for immigration under FSW class, but due to the proposed changes in the process ,i m not sure abt my application. My spouse who s the principal applicant is a management professional, but no management qualfication n has some engineering back ground. But all of his experience s in ceramics industry n i dnt think tht there r enough jobs available in tht particular industry in Canada.I ve heard tht there r some Ceramics Factories in BC n Alberta, could u plz tell wht r the chances of getting a job in tht particular industry in Canada, specially BC.Also i m also thinking abt going thru Investor Class, but whenever i visit cic site ,(For my particular visa office) it says tht the time taken for investor class s more or less same as of FSW,although many consultants claim tht if ur an investor u can get immigration or at least interview in 9_12 mnths.whts true abt it.Secondly as per today i dnt ve a net cash of 400,000C$,but i ve some property to my name which s more than the required amount but again problem s tht the experience n education needed to qualify for Investor class s owned by my spouse wheras i ll ve the net worth needed for investment,ll cic accept the fact tht the amount needed for investment could b of any member of the family ,such as in my case.I want to ask u tht will i b eligible for investor class. Also money gained by selling an inherited property could b shown for investment or not?Any advise by u ll b highly appreciated.

Ok,First Look at the PROVINCIAL Immigration websites,Why do people always check the CIC website only??Whats wrong with Immigrating using the Provinces Power of Immigration.???Do people realize Canada is a Federal Country and Provinces have the power to control their own immigration.Secondly you dont need net cash investment of 400,000 for many PNP s,For example Saskatchewan is 150,000.You need net cash worth in cash and ASSETS.I dont see a reason why We would not approve you for BC.contact me by PM,If you have a net worth of 400,000 You qualify for BC

Hi,

If I don't sign a Deposite Agreement with PNP of BC, how long is the processing time? Can my spouse and children become PR as well? When will I have to invest $200,000CAD for Regional Business of PNP of BC? I would like to know some information about agencies who can be my representatives in this case, how much do they usually charge for this affair?
