Most of my hubby and i Communication is basically through Blackberry messages....we BBM each other like every single sec...lol ....through out our day...how do we prove that...

Copy your chats a few times a week and save it in an email every time. I printed few random logs to send in my application.

Alternatively, you can also use a free app called Screen Grabber to capture screenshots of your BBM conversation window, showing your chats with your husband.

Just go to Blackberry App World, and search for "screen grabber" to find and install the app .

With my iphone it's the same, I just took screenshots and then arranged them in Word onto a page.

Exactly......even way easier to take screenshots on the iPhone...as easy as pressing the home + power buttons simultaneously ;D
