Not even a single college is recommended to proceed with your application ..... If you want to get VISA then apply in some university .... Do check University of Newfoundland, Uni of Winnipeg as they are relatively low cost universities for courses in Business, Accounting or Finance, .......

If you are applying for a university then you have no need to pay even a single penny except your application fee.... But on the other hand, for colleges, you have to pay at least one semester fee in advance....

Canadian universities charge an application fee in the range of 85 to 125 CAD..... u have to pay this application in either case ...
Let us suppose, you are successful in securing admission (hope you surely will ), you get an offer letter... The whole story about the payment of fee will be written on that offer letter. If it says, "pay fee on arrival" ... Then you got to reach over there first and pay your fee then ....
