BBA And MBA in different subjects

Hello,

I have the following degrees:
1. BBA for USA in "Information system and operations management- Operations management and analysis"
2. MBA in "Finance" from Bangladesh.

Now I am applying for express entry. But since my BBA and MBA are in different subjects, and applying for NOC 2171 as "Business Analyst", will they count my MBA as highest degree achieved?

Because if they count my BBA as my highest degree, my point comes to 371. But if they count my MBA as highest degree, my point comes up to 410.

Please help.

You are mixing your education and work experience (NOC). Your NOC selection should be based on your job duties, not the education degree. As far as Masters degree equivalence is concerned, check on WES or IQAS website as to what is it equivalent to. I know about some cases where MBA from India was NOT considered as masters. It has nothing to do with your NOC.

Thanks for your reply. WES will validate my MBA, i know that since other people from my country did it. But since BBA and MBA are in different subjects, will they count my MBA for points? or will they only count my BBA?

So basically, will i get points for both BBA and MBA, as they are in different subjects.

They will consider both
