Hello Everyone,

Let me know if you can help me with this scenario. I don't have much understanding of how the colleges work for international students. So advises are appreciated.

My cousin wants to join a college here in Ontario after his BTech. He gave IELTS once, but score is not very impressive (overall 6). A consultancy from India is trying to help him get into a college. he will try to do better again in IELTS.

But looks like because of his low score, he is only getting into private colleges. and what I found out that after 2 years of course in the private college, he wouldn't get PGWP.

What a student does after 2 years course in private college.
Can anyone advise on any action plan for him.
to get Visa he needs better score.

Thanks in Advance

1. If he completes 2 years at a private college (usually a waste of money and time) and is unable to find an employer will to obtain an LMIA, then he goes home.

Exactly, it is better for your cousin to spend some more time in India and improve their English marks. I would suggest to avoid consultants and apply directly to the colleges.
