I just sent all the application forms to my friend in Ethiopia for him to fill out. He is from a small town in Ethiopia and doesn't have great access to a computer and printer.
He will be applying by paper, can he fill out the forms i sent him by pen? Or was it supposed to be filled out via a computer?? And since I sent him blank sheets, I did not "validate" it.. I will have to ask him when he receives the package, but i don't think that the barcodes would have been a page if i didn't validate, right?
