Hello everyone!!
Does anybody happen to know whether or not my loans in my home country of Russia (as a dependent in my wife's application) can have a negative impact on our chances of immigrating to Canada?
Our CRS is over 900 ,however, I know there are going to be background checks and stuff which makes me wonder if it can turn out to be an issue.We have way over 20 000 CAD in my wife's bank account and none of that money is going anywhere and it has been there forever.
I have never done anything criminal I don't have any criminal record whatsover,in fact, now when I can no longer afford paying off all that debt I am filing for bankruptcy( I've already lawyered up since,I am doing it from another continent) before starting our new life..
Has anybody been in a similar situation?
