Bankruptcy discharge papers

Have landing interview next week.email says if sponsor was ever bankrupt to bring discharge papers, my sponsor was discharged years ago but has no idea where papers are or cant even remember who she used at the time.Is it 100% nessesary to bring these?

I would do whatever you can to find them. Surely your partner must have some idea of how to locate these papers or who she worked with to process the discharge.

It's possible landing could be refused without them.
