Here is another case. A friend that has arranged employment with a company in financial and legal trouble wants to know what would happen to his process as a federal skilled worker if the company goes bankrupt or simply closes.

are you talking his Employer company if yest then Case must be refused ............because visa office needs some documents at the final stage from Employer company to demonstrate that their business operations are on going and will be able to provide you with sustained employment.
