1. Applicant's name and date of the statement
2. Your account number(s)
3. Date(s) on which each account was opened
4. Current balance of each account
5. Average balance in the past six months of each account
If all your POF can be shown using just 1 account, you don't have to declare your other bank accounts whether in this bank or others. CIC isn't asking for full financial history - they are just keen to know you have enough money which is unencumbered.
Banks might calculate average balance differently, doesn't matter how they do. CIC's interest behind asking this question is to ascertain if there is a large difference between 6 month average and the money you have today. If there is a big difference that indicates an unreasonably large credit transaction in the last 6 months which might indicate the presence of borrowed funds. It is your responsibility to reassure CIC about the source of such funds (if any) and conclusively prove that your POF is completely unencumbered.
Hope that clarifies. All the best!

Unlikely to be accepted as POF unless you cash them out and put the monies in your bank account.alvirahuda said:Dear can you please suggest wht to provide if i have post office savings/FDR which of of 5 years timeline.

I don't think she can declare her 6 years of work in this case, considering she did not have legal status to work there, unless there is an amendment to her visa that somehow allowed her to do so.jonnyquest said:Hi Guys,

I don't think it matters what her visa type was in Dubai. With regards to her work experience, all she needs are those reference letters. I live in Saudi Arabia, and they have the same idiotic rules. I understand where you're coming from.jonnyquest said:Hi Guys,

If you had those monies for more than 6 months in an account in your name, that would suffice. Just get the bank statement highlighting that the FD was created in the month of June from your funds.Oka said:HI Asivad

CIC doesn't ask for monthly statements. If you can get a letter from your bank which has all required details, that would suffice.mco246 said:Asivad, or anyone else,
If my bank is in the USA, and I am currently not living there,
can I show monthly statements say for the last 6 months?
So for example a month ending statement for each month, leading up to current...
Thanks,
