bank statement

I have account in a bank whuich is approx 1 year old. I draw the bank statement on 5th march and apply after 20 days. some people says me that the bank account should be 6 month old and u cannot apply if ur bank statement date is exceed by 20 days. Plz reply that is it true?

Minimum Bank statement should be of 4 months and second thing is not correct but try to attach the latest bank statement...........

bank statement date should not exceed more than 1 month.
