Bank Statement Requirement For Non- SDS

My son has applied for Concordia University and I have been told that whenever he will apply for VISA, they will need my bank statement for last six months. I need to know:

1- How much incoming funds should i have for each month? Like just an idea.
2- What minimum balance should I maintain in my account in these 6months?
3- If he has to apply in mid July, how many months statement will they ask me for?

Also I am from Pakistan, will I need to show property valuation too for VISA application?

usually they ask for 4 months bank statement, you should have at least the amount that covers tuition fee plus 10.000 CAD to cover his living expenses
