Bank statement query

Hi

Today I went to Td bank to get letter abt my a/c and they said they don't do personalized letters anymore even with fees... I was surprised.. Has any1 got the same answer? They did give me a screenshot of ac summary but no letter.. Is this enuf??

I went to CIBC and got the same answer. They also don't provide any personalized letter but they have something called "immigration letter" which is close but not an exact match with CIC requirements. I got that letter from CIBC and attached 6 months statement attested by the bank with the letter. [CIBC charged 16.5 CAD for this letter]

By the way, I saw the letter that TD provides as my wife has accounts with TD. It also has a lot of information. Attach 6 months statement with it and explain it in LOE. Best of luck.
