Hello everyone,
I need an expert opinion on the following situation:
- I have bank account on my wife's name. It's a single account, I opened it up last May with an amount of $17600+ in it which is kind of fix deposit in a saving account. It's not in a fixed cycle, I can take out / put any amount any time. No transaction has been made to this account yet.
- I have another account on her name, which has about $1250 in it. Same Month, not touched till yet.
- We have a joint account, which has about $3500 in it, and I'll be depositing another $5000 in it soon.
- My employer will be sponsoring about $12000 - $15000 for 1 year of my study + living which I will get a letter and add it with application.
Now, What I need is, as Maximum amount has been placed in my wife's account, can I put that account's statement. Obviously she's my wife and no 1 can have a doubt about it, but is it advisable? Else, I would have to close the previous account, start a new joint account and put money it, and 4 months time limit will not be met.
Can I put multiple account statements as proof of funds or it should be one single statement with total amount in it?
Any raising questions on my employers letter in the mind of VO.. I need to know everything before I submit my application.
Thanks!
