Hello everyone,

I need an expert opinion on the following situation:

- I have bank account on my wife's name. It's a single account, I opened it up last May with an amount of $17600+ in it which is kind of fix deposit in a saving account. It's not in a fixed cycle, I can take out / put any amount any time. No transaction has been made to this account yet.
- I have another account on her name, which has about $1250 in it. Same Month, not touched till yet.
- We have a joint account, which has about $3500 in it, and I'll be depositing another $5000 in it soon.
- My employer will be sponsoring about $12000 - $15000 for 1 year of my study + living which I will get a letter and add it with application.

Now, What I need is, as Maximum amount has been placed in my wife's account, can I put that account's statement. Obviously she's my wife and no 1 can have a doubt about it, but is it advisable? Else, I would have to close the previous account, start a new joint account and put money it, and 4 months time limit will not be met.

Can I put multiple account statements as proof of funds or it should be one single statement with total amount in it?

Any raising questions on my employers letter in the mind of VO.. I need to know everything before I submit my application.

Thanks!

You can use multiple bank statements to cover the required POF. If your wife is also includes in your application as spouse, her bank statements also valid. Employers letter stating the grant is not a POF.

No, my wife is not included in my application. As I know my Visa Office will reject application on home ground ties issue. Any Legal Letter from my wife stating that she allows me to use funds in her account?

I know employer letter is not POF, but do I need to attach any Tax Return or Yearly Profit of the company with my sponsorship letter to back that company has enough funds to provide me funds, or will just be a single letter and they (VO) will confirm themselves from my company about the letter?

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

I dont know what your problem is? You have enough money so put it all in your name in one account wait 4 month and apply. I mean its not rocket science or the like!

Look matey the more fancy and intricate you make your proof of finances the more doubt you will put into the mind of the VO. There is no substitue for cash in your account for 4 months in your name immediately available!!! What is your problem?? Or is it that your wife does not trust you with the money??

Don't ruin your chance with your hastiness. Better wait than apply earlier with messed up finance. Open only one account and put all money there from the last 4 months. You should not even bring your
employer as sponsor into all of this .

May be, I'll get current account's statement, Close it, than re-open with the same amount, put extra amount in it, wait about couple weeks or month, and get another statement with the same account, provide cover letter why is this happened and wait for my luck :)..

Why not employers letter? What's better than home ties along with wife staying back home?

Blood relative as sponsor counts a lot. Other than that, anyone cab back off from sponsoring your studies and living expenses. Living and studying in Canada is very expensive. I'm not sure which generous employer is willing to provide that in pakistan

Coz the company is not a Pakistani :d .. It is in USA, and I work for the company and the company has benefited a lot from me in term of business generation. It's a return for all my work.

Reason: The company has to go thru all the labor market opinion, which will obviously be rejected on the grounds that there are pretty much un-employed workers available to fill in the position with in USA. Why to call a person all the way from other part of the world.. We have already discussed this opportunity which was definitely not workable.
