Bank statement information help

I am in the process of applying for Canadian federal program for immigration and I need some information regarding the bank funds.
I don't have sufficient funds for showing to the bank at this moment. Instead, I have a piece of land which is an empty plot under my name but without any construction, whose market value is almost equal (a bit more in fact) than the amount required to show for federal immigration scheme. I wanted to know 2 things:
1. How to show the land in profile? Do I have to get its market price evaluation from a bank or something?
2. Does the embassy accept land equivalence for showing for funds?

Please do guide me regarding this.

Unfortunately it's not possible to use property as proof of funds. I would suggest you sell it and use the funds as means of sustenance, you would also have to show the source of the funds which you can do by showing that you've sold the lot.

You can't show land. You'll have to sell it in order to show that as POF
