Please advise that after submitting 6 month Bank statement to embassy

So embassy will also check the amount in the bank on same time or they only require the 6 month statement for the process

i mean i can take out amount from the bank after submitting the application or not ?

At the time of reviewing application and for the sake of making a decision, visa officer checks the amount balance in the account.
