I have the following document as Employment Proof:
1) Reference letter
2) Salary Slips
3) Appointment Letter
4) Experience Letter

Is salary account bank statement is necessary to provide here? Please note that I am using a different account for showing proof of Funds.

if you have a reference letter mentioning everything required by cic there's no need to provide the rest

Agree, good to make it simplest yet complete for easier evaluation. Check if your company's generic certificate of employment (typically used for bank loan applications or travel) have the necessary info, then provide a supplementary letter (of reference) if the job description is not detailed enough as compared to the NOC description.
