1) What is the reasonable amount of bank balance in my case (total program= 4 months x 02 semesters= total stay 8 Months, total fee=CAN $13500/-)

2) What is the ratio of success on appeal, if an applicant is dealt unfairly?

Didn't understand the question. I am sorry if I couldnt make myself clear... I meant to say, if the study visa is refused in any case due to unfair decision of Visa officer, is there any option to appeal, like there is one in UK study visa?

No , there is not But you can find exact reason by applying GCMS notes. I heard sometimes a VO gives rejection gives rejection without any true cause at all on that case reapplying will fix the problem.
